I came in to get my ears pierced for the first time in my life. Yita was very helpful in answering my questions and concerns since it was my first time getting my ears pierced. She was very professional and well mannered. Even when it was busy she took very good care of me. I didn’t know what to expect but I was very happy with the service I received. She was so kind to me and the customer service I received exceeded my expectations. Thank you Yita! I will definitely reach out to this location for future appointments.

Seemed clean, piercer was very nice. Went with a friend and had the same ear conch piercing. We were both told a week later by two different professional piercers that it was angled wrong and most likely wouldn’t heal. Ended up taking mine out and will have it repierced elsewhere when it heals up. Was also told the jewelry they used is very poor quality and does not promote proper healing.

I have gone here to get my nipples, my Ashley, and my Medusa pierced here and they really have a beautiful sweet top notch piercer here and I feel braindead for not remembering her name right now! 🤦🤦🤦 But each time I have gone I received great customer service. The atmosphere is so relaxing which is odd in a place where are your not only handicapped but you know you're in for some pain LOL. They made me feel super welcome and accommodated me with my wheelchair very well! Love this place and will continue to return for anything to do with piercings as long as my beautiful blond piercer is there! Thank you for my beautiful piercings!

way better experience than when i got my belly pierced the first time at a different shop. she made sure to check if the hole was closed or not before creating a new one and when seeing it was open it was a quick and easy process, no stalling, straight to the point which is what i liked especially due to anxiety. highly recommend!!

Got a rib tattoo, The tattoo artist was amazing and did a wonderful job at making me feel comfortable. I will be coming again for more work soon! :)

Very very unprofessional! Today is my daughter's 13th birthday, we went to get her a piercing (age appropriate, we feel) and they stated we would need a school ID OR birth certificate. Our daughter has a different last name than both us, so we went home and got the birth certificate, as the school ID wouldn't have had any name matching ours. We drive back, there are no other customers, and they deny us, saying now we need the school ID ALONG with the birth certificate. Clearly we brought proof that this is our child. So crazy how they change the rules on a whim like that. We go to the other piercing place in the mall and what do you know, the documents I have are good enough to get my daughter her piercing. I think SelfExpressions pick and choose(discriminate) on who they give services too, what a shame. I'll make sure everyone i know is aware of this experience

My first piercing I got here I was 13 and it was my nostril ever since then I’ve wanted more so I then got my belly button pierced and my septum done and I’ve never had a problem they’ve always healed perfectly I make sure when I go I see the same peircer everytime

My piercer did my septum piercing in such a way that it does not sit flat and symmetrical like it should. I choose to accept that, as a way to say eff you to the OCD in my head. But I digress. When I came back in 2.5 months later because I needed a new piece of jewelry, they tried to convince me that stainless steel would be “hypoallergenic” when I said that it’s the nickel content I was concerned about. A quick search tells me it can be 8-12% nickel. Anywho...they had 2 choices of titanium jewelry, so it was not worth my time to go there. Overall, not impressed.

i’m 15 and my friend is 14 turning 15, we called and asked about how ID and the type of metal they used. they lady that answered said that a birth certificate would work for ID and that they used real silver. we showed up and not only did the birth certificate not work, but they didn’t have any hypo-allergenic jewelry, the employee then blamed a “new employee” on the bad directions
