I just walked in to get my nose pierced - it literally took less than five minutes and the actual process itself of her piercing my nose was literally so fast i barely noticed- my sister got her piercing at Tacoma‘s best piercings and she agreed that this place was SOOOO much better the girl was so friendly and joked around with me I’m definitely coming back for like all of my piercings! also such amazing prices!! I was even able to get my favorite stone ( opal ) as my starter nose stud!

I loved my experience here. I went with my two best friends to get matching tattoos. It was my first tattoo but definitely not theirs. We made an appointment ahead of time. It was fascinating to watch one of the female employees to give piercings while we waited. She did it so well and quick. Definitely would recommend getting a piercing done by her! The place is very clean and they always clean after each person - both the piercings and the tattoos. The tattoo artist was very professional and recommended that I didn't get my first tattoo on my thumb but instead somewhere I can hide it because of future jobs and such. I hate how society judges tattoos like that but I took his recommendation! He was very thorough and quick with each of our tattoos. I absolutely love mine.

Amazing, the piercings were done great. Quick process and they came out well, my girlfriend passed out and they took very good care of her, they got her juice, took care of the head wound and got her ice. They even got her phone number to check up on her to make sure she's okay later on in the day

First time piercing went well. Came back for another and was highly disappointed. I went in on Monday thinking they do daith piercings everyday, they don't and it was my fault for not asking before coming so they write the days down for me & I go on my way. Come back Saturday with confirmation Saturday morning and Friday evening that they could do my daith Saturday afternoon when I showed & when I show up they tell me they can't. I ask them why which the manager replies "The piercer requested today off". I asked her why a staff member told me it could be done not once but twice and she said they must've not looked... I asked what she could do to make up for it seeing as I waisted a quarter of a tank of gas, paid toll all to be let down because of their lazy staff to which she told me nothing could be done and didn't even apologize.... I'm not one to ever write reviews or get angry but I am definitely never going back and will always advise people against going there from now on... just a joke of a place.

I went in a bit nervous and a bit indecisive. I asked for some advice thinking that piercers would have knowledge of peoples face structure and putting piercings in the correct spot that would complaint their features. But, in response I got low energy, lack of interest and impatient attitudes. By multiple of the staff. Now I can understand that it took a bit because my temperature keep being high because I was nervous and trying to calm myself and cool my head by waving my hat in front of my face. We had to take my temperature a couple of times. But the response was defensive, rude and impatient. That created a very uncomfortable environment for me on top of the fact that there was already too many people crammed in such a small store. I’ve come to this shop before and had a terrible experience with one of the tattoo artists. I was hoping the second time around would be better because of the different staff. But unfortunately it was again below standards and very uncomfortable. I felt like I was being watched and judged by the other staff watching my interaction with the initial lady who gave me paper work to fill out and another who took my temperature again. I’ve been hearing so many good things about this store but it just seems to be a pattern of poor service and careless for customers comfortability especially when wanting some semi-permanent being put in their body.

Very RUDE! And Not business savy. I wanted a new piercing and a piercing replacement. She said they no longer do replacements because of the cost of GLOVES. I said gloves will come with my new piercing CORRECT! She said NO if I do it for you I have to do this for everyone! Mind you NO ONE WAS IN THE STORE! I went to Clairs who also said we’ve heard horrible things about them and yes they are RUDE! She referred me to Banter where I got all new jewelry and a piercing BEST $300 spent! Great gals down there! If you own this spot your own staff is about to have you go out of business!

Amazing tattoo and piercing shop. All the employees are helpful and amazing. Great place to get your jewelry, piercings and art done. Customer service is outstanding, would definitely highly recommend it

Worst experience ever. If anyone is considering getting a septum piercing please do NOT come here. I walked into the store and stated I was there to get a septum piercing and a lady started asking us for our info and she was super sweet. After we filled it out we then went to the counter to view the jewelry options and a DIFFERENT lady was there. She was the rudest woman ever. She was very impatient and sarcastic. Also the options of jewelry are little to none unless you want a bull ring and only that. The colors were rainbow and not pretty at all. She was super rude as we were viewing the limited options we had and I decided I did not want to get it done here because of her. She then ripped our info sheet right in our faces and said have a nice day in another sarcastic tone. Don’t go there unless you accept attitude as a customer.
