I cannot recommend Loki at Salem Ink enough! The shop is clean, comfortable, and the gallery is full of a lot of incredible work by the Salem Ink artists. I had sent my design to Loki the week before, and he was very patient and thorough in talking through it with me as it's my first tattoo. He made honest recommendations for the design that I'd drawn, talking through line work and sizing down to every little detail. When I got to the shop we put the final touches on, and about an hour/hour-15 later, I had EXACTLY what I wanted, EXACTLY where I wanted it. It was a super chill session, I felt very comfortable the entire time, and he talked me through everything he was doing. Couldn't be happier with the experience and the work Loki did. Will definitely be going back!

It was my first tat and the artist, Loki, made me feeling comfortable even throughout the session. I originally wanted a darker shade but omggg it become the color of cotton candy!! It looks so good and they are my favorite colors combined together!! I'm happy about how it turn out!

My girlfriend and I were walking around Salem yesterday and saw Salem Ink and decided to get tattoos. It was very clean and COVID safe. We got our tattoos from Loki, the owner. He was very nice and easy to talk to, the room was very well sanitized, the tattoo process was actually really comfortable and fast, and I love my tattoo! I would definitely recommend this place and this artist and will probably go back for tattoos in the future!

Sad that I even have to give one star. The individual watching the front desk was clearly displeased by me walking into the shop to inquire about services. Despite that I still decided to move forward with the artist.. then due to some drama my appointment got cancelled the day after lol. They will most likely delete this or respond like they have absolutely no idea what I’m talking about but that’s okay. I think voicing my experience is important.

I finally decided to get my first tattoo 11/4/20 and had the absolute pleasure of having Heather Cierri bless me with the cutest, most original, and authentic doe I could’ve possibly imagined. The detail in her face and fuzzy ears, my moon, and soft orange blossoms...I’m in love with my tattoo. Heather and everyone at Salem ink was Very professional and kind, clean place. I felt comfortable and relaxed and so happy how everything turned out! From beginning to end, it was perfect and I couldn’t have asked for more 🧘🏽♂️❤️

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING! Loki was wonderful and helped me design my dream tattoo. I love this so much and honestly I cannot stop looking. it was Quick and wonderful. Loki and another wonderful individual (im horrible at names sorry) talked and distracted me while hyping me up about this tattoo. highly highly recommend this shop and Loki for you tattoo and artistic needs :D

Most amazing experience with Heather. I've gotten three previous tattoos and nothing compares to her work. It is exactly what I wanted. The whole experience was very positive. I'm so used to gruff men pushing me around at different shops, but everyone at Salem Ink was kind and courteous and the whole shop was very clean. It was a whole new experience which I really appreciated because it put me at ease. I will be getting all my tattoos from now on from Salem Ink. Highly Recommend.

I had a fantastic experience at Salem Ink! I commissioned a design from Heather and I absolutely love the finished tattoo. She listened to what I wanted and gently made suggestions that made it better. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the space was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Salem Ink.

Before and after of my petunia flower bundle! Kat was amazing. She was so sweet and friendly, and she did an amazing job! I had this piece done in honor of my grandma, and my grandma LOVED it! She kept saying how beautiful it was. Thanks so much Kat! Now I’ll have a piece of my grandma with me forever!

I saw Kylie yesterday for my first ever tattoo - I wanted a small, fine script on my forearm and had been told by another tattoo artist at a different shop that what I wanted was too small and would blur together. Kylie was confident that she had the right technique to get the look I wanted and she met and exceeded my expectations! Kylie is a perfectionist,
and you definitely want that when getting something permanently tattooed on your body. Even for a small piece like this, she worked and reworked the writing ahead of time until I was happy with it and paid attention to every detail before and during the tattoo itself. She was friendly, professional, answered all my newbie questions and didn't mind that I had brought three friends with me. Most importantly, my tattoo looks amazing! I'm so glad I found Kylie and Salem Ink and I will definitely be back for more work from her soon. If you're looking for fine detail and/or script do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Kylie!
