Bart Willis was able to squeeze me into his schedule within a day of me emailing him. He was so kind and took the time to explain what would work best for the tattoo I wanted. There were just a couple of tweaks he made to make sure it was done in a manner that would look best and last the longest. I couldn't be happier with it and I can't wait to surprise my wife with it in a few days for our anniversary!

My mom and I came in tonight for different hummingbird tattoos, and Jeffrey and Noska both gave us AMAZING works of art! These guys were so friendly, accomodating and genuinely excited to work on us. The place is super clean, but also totally fits the eclectic South Congress vibe. Loved the chill jazz music playing too! Made it easy to relax and fully enjoy the experience. 10/10 will absolutely be returning for more work in the future!!

Southside is by far the most professional place I have been to. Everyone there was super friendly, had great attitudes (even though it was the day after St Paddy's Day and SXSW), and were more than willing to help their customers in an honest, but nice way. As soon as I walked in, everyone was working on something or getting prepared for their appointments, but still also helped people who were walk ins. I will definitely be back! There's a reason these guys have been in business almost 20 years. Noska is an amazing artist and never fails to deliver, and from what I've seen of the other artists work, they're all on point. Definitely worth every cent I've spent here and I highly recommend them for whatever tattoo you may want

So basically every tattoo on my body has been done at this shop. As an artist and illustrator myself, finding a group of artist this talented in a single shop is quite amazing. I have had great connections with the artist, gotten tons of great comments on my art and honestly felt the price was really great and the designs were flawless. Do yourself a solid and make an appointment or be a savage like me and just show up and get some new ink.
