Randall did a lovely sketch and came up with a better design than I could've even imagined. Tattoo came out perfect, very happy!
Husband also got a tattoo from Noska. His lines were clean and perfect to the design, he also made some suggestions and made the final look even better. Definitely the right place to go.

Royce at Southside is awesome, and talented. The rest of the staff was enjoyable to be around as well. Me and a buddy have went to him the last two years while we were down for F1. I emailed Royce and told him what I was thinking of, he drew it up perfectly and executed it well. I'll be back next year for some more work.

I loved my experience at Southside! I wanted to get a stained glass cross on the back of my neck, but I wasn't exactly sure how I wanted it to look, except that I wanted A LOT of color. Bart took care of me, and came up with something amazing! He was very knowledgable and made the whole experience very comfortable. I plan on going back to have him touch up a different tattoo I have on my foot. Bart is amazing! You should definitely go to Southside.

Great people with amazing talent. I got a back tattoo here and I was so happy with it that I already started working with them on a design for a second tattoo

This place and the artists who work here are absolutely the best. They are kind, friendly, talented, and creative. They make the experience of getting a tattoo fun and show genuine interest in their customers lives. Noska is the man to see here and it's worth the wait to get an appointment with him. I'm so excited to come back and get more work done by Noska and wouldn't recommend anyone or any place else.

I came here to get my first tattoo. Since I'm 18 and have somewhat overprotective medical parents, they wanted to come too. They did not approve of my decision to get one, but the artists there even made my parents comfortable with the situation.
The first time I went in, just to scope the place out, I talked to Jack about setting up an appointment for a couple of days later. He was extremely helpful, showed me the books of the two artists that were possibilities for me, and did not let my parents' questions get to him. He told me to come in a few hours before I'd get tattooed and talk to the artists about fitting me in.
When I came back to talk to Royce, the guy I wanted to tattoo me (definitely a good pick on my part, he is amazing), the artists from before actually remembered me, a nice little point in my book for customer service. I recognized Noska from the site and the reviews, he actually got my parents to laugh, which helped the awkwardness of the situation a lot. I felt like a complete dork, a teenager who couldn't do this without her mom and dad (of course, I wanted to, but that was our compromise), but none of the guys there made a big deal out of it.
Royce went over everything with me while he was setting up, the sterilized needles, the process, what it would feel like, etc. The whole time he was tattooing me, he talked to me about random stuff, kept me laughing. I got embarrassed again when I had to ask him to stop- I hadn't eaten all day. He just made me laugh about it, got me some water, and finished up when I was ready.
It was a simple tattoo that a family member had drawn for me, so it didn't take long at all and there honestly was no real pain; the worst it got was a sort of acheyness when he started on my collarbone. The price was way better than I expected, and the people there made me feel comfortable and welcome. All in all, they were above and beyond anything I'd hoped for. I now have my first tattoo (hopefully of many) and it could not be more perfect.

The three stars are from 2014 when I got king tut on my forearm I don’t remember the guy’s name but he was incredible!! I came here 10-14-17 expecting the same outstanding customer service but nope. The artist I spoke to kept trying to deter me from getting a tattoo on my hand almost to the point he wouldn’t do it if that’s where I wanted it. He also wanted to know why I wanted a cancer ribbon...well why do most people get them? Pretty embarrassing to answer that with 20+ strangers eavesdropping. No thank you.

Great shop, I was a walk in client and they were fast and easy to work with. Norska is a great artist who took my idea and applied it to skin perfectly. Would definitely recommend and will be back in the future.

I personally have not been tattooed here but I know a few people that have and I have hung around while a friend was getting inked. They didn't seem to care too much about hygiene. The place is a bit grungy and I know that isn't necessarily saying much for a tattoo parlor. One of my friends was getting a older tattoo refilled and updated. The artist didn't really discuss much of what he was doing and start inking away. The end result didn't look bad initially. Within a few days, their were gaps and wear in the color. The artist apparently didn't go dead enough meaning the technique and quality wasn't there. My friend had another appointment to finish up but didn't go. No one ever called to see where he was or if he was going to finish the work.
