A friend recommended is place to me to try when I come to town. Finally get here, people are in the inside. No one comes to the door to greet me and say what’s going on. After ten minutes waiting outside, they smack that note on the door. I’ll take my money elsewhere

Super clean, and the staff was wonderful and professional. Marcelo did an amazing job on my tattoo, and I've already recommended them to several people. There is a club next door, so don't go if you can't stand loud thumping bass.

Had an appointment for my partners birthday for a septum and Joe did an amazing job! He was super nice and explained everything he could and answered all of our questions even was willing to hear from us if there were any issues in the future but everything is fine!

Only thing I can comment on was we had made a 2pm appointment, got there about 9 min early and we weren't seen until a little after 3pm which was a tad frustrating because we were stressing about parking time limits+personal scheduling for the day but this is our first time doing this so I'm not sure if this is normal or not! Either way, fantastic experience besides the unexpected delay!

I have had so many piercings and several tattoos and I’ve never had as positive an experience as I did with Joe. I’ve procrastinated getting a specific piercing for almost 10 years simply because I didn’t want to deal with rude/judgmental people at the tattoo shop. My friends and I decided to walk in and get piercings on one random Saturday and we were blessed that Joe was there. Throughout the entire experience he was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He never once made me or my friends feel unwelcome/burdensome. To top it off, my conch piercing ended up being the least painful and best healing piercing I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to see Joe for more piercings in the future. The shop also has a beautiful jewelry collection. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I had my nose pierced with Joe. He was so kind and knowledgeable, I felt super comfortable the whole time. It was my first facial piercing and it was such a great experience. I will definitely coming back for any future services :)

Had a wonderful experience when I came in for a double lobe and helix piercing. The whole process was super quick with a short wait time for a walk-in. I haven’t had my ears pierced since I was seven, and Sarah did such a great job at making me feel comfortable and calming my nerves. All three piercings barely hurt and so far, the healing process has been a breeze. The place is super clean and they make sure to show you that the equipment is sterile. They also do a great job at explaining what to do to help the piercings heal. Prices are reasonable as well and they have really good quality jewelry to choose from. I would highly recommend Sarah and True Blue for your piercings!

Got both ear lobes and nostrils pierced and couldn’t be happier with it. Joe is very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to answer my questions and explained everything in great detail. Once we settled on placement, the actual piercing went quickly and smoothly. I appreciated the thoughtful process of doing the slightly more painful nostrils first, barely even felt the ear lobes after that. I’ll definitely be back for more.

I did a walk-in and got a tattoo from Han, which is awesome because he was the artist I was hoping would be working. He did great and drew up exactly what I wanted and was very receptive any minor change I wanted. The tattoo came out pretty much exactly how I was picturing it in my head. He's also very nice and honest. Good place.
