Came in town and got an appointment same day! Piercer Joe was super detailed with sterilization of equipment and piercings. As an OR nurse, I Felt very confident in the sanitation of the store and sterilization process! Definitely recommend for any piercing need!

My fiancé and I were walk ins on a Saturday night and had a wonderful experience. It was both of our first tattoos, and the employees and artists we’re very respectful and fun to be around. Sandy did my tattoo and she was great. The shop is noticeably clean, and we were well-informed regarding tattoo aftercare. We’ve had them for a few months now and still receive compliments on them. I highly recommend this tattoo shop!

Got my first tattoo here! Jason was great and professional. The whole shop was clean and they had a covid screening station inside the tattoo shop. I had some issues with paying Jason and he was super patient with me. I can’t say enough. I also love my tattoo.

Got my nose piercing done by Sarah she was AMAZING. She walked me through everything and made it a very comfortable experience! it wasn’t painful and if I need any future piercings I’m coming to her!! highly recommend everyone to go to Sarah.

I am visiting Austin for a 3 day business trip. I decided I wanted to get a piercing to remember it.i booked an apt for 7pm... 24 hours in advance. I showed up at 6:55 ready to go. Upon arrival I was told to wait while she finished up a client (No issue). I set til 7:15, until I told someone that I am going to leave at 7:20 if no one shows up or talks to me. Someone said they were dealing with a leak upstairs (out of their control)... but if you had a leak and everything was late.... Why couldn't you call and let me know. You made it clear on the phone not to waste your time with a "no call, no show". But that's exactly what you did to me. I have wasted my last evening in Austin. A simple call to tell me it was a 20+ minute delay would have changed everything.

Had an excellent piercing with Jason. I went in for a nostril piercing and my sister was looking for a tragus replacement ring. Jason was informative, friendly and funny - walked me through the entire piercing and healing process, thoroughly answered all my questions, and provided us with great conversation throughout. Pricing was perfect, they had a big emphasis on sterility and cleanliness which is always a plus, and he took the time to help my sister find a perfect replacement ring and switched hers out before we left. Never felt nervous or rushed while we were there. Would absolutely return here if getting pierced again in Austin and definitely recommend Jason & True Blue to anyone looking for a great piercer & atmosphere.

I would recommend Sarah for piercings!!! I called at the last minute and they were about to close, but she let me come in. Very clean and sterile. She was very sweet, thorough, and had an amazing attitude!
