I booked an appointment with Ashly and was decently nervous about having my ears pierced. She was super kind, explained everything she was doing. I really appreciated how focused she was on keeping her gloves clean (changed them several times).
It was an awesome experience, and I'm glad that I was able to work with Ashly. A few days later, and I feel super prepared to clean and maintain the piercings. I'm happy every time I look at them. :-)

Han may be a talented tattoo artist, but I will never know. I walked out after spending time with him trying to choose fonts, sizing and placement for a word tattoo on my upper arm. From the get-go he was unhelpful, impatient, begrudging, and borderline condescending with each choice. For any tattoo, the sizing, placement and font are all going to be very important-- but especially for my first tattoo. The moment that made me leave was when I asked him to move the stencil and he said: “ that’s only 2 mm to the left“. If that is your response, may I kindly suggest you may be in the wrong business. Either way, I was in the wrong shop and will not be coming back. Maybe an off day, but I would not recommend him for someone new or for anyone that wants something specific.

I have had many piercings before, but came to the area on vacation and decided to have my nose repierced. Joe was amazing, professional, nice and everything was very clean. I was incredibly impressed with everything and would recommend for any piercings.

The area can be sketchy but that’s not their fault (downtown). Once you go inside your flooded with cool designs and really nice piercers and tattoo artists. My sister and her friend did a walk in for some flowers and they got them in and out within an hour. The guys were super nice (first tattoo for sister) and they explained the whole process before starting to make sure they were both comfortable.

I got my piercing with Sarah and she is AMAZING!!! I was so nervous, but with her I did not feel a THING. Sarah was so kind, professional, and helpful, She showed me everything about my piercing as well as the tools being sanitized which I loved. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE!! loved my experience so much!!!

Joe was absolutely WONDERFUL! I was so nervous going by myself to get my septum done but he walked me through the entire thing and was so professional and friendly. The shop was extremely clean and they got me in the same day I called. I have multiple piercings/tattoos from multiple shops but this shop by far takes #1 for experience and professionalism. 100000/10 recommend!

I have been struggling with my nose piercing since I got it a few months ago and with a quick change, my dude made me feel comfortable and happy I have this piercing again. Joe (I think) was professional, kind, easy-going and very cool to talk to. I always feel uncomfortable in a tattoo parlor with no tattoos (I know these people are not judgy but still…) but I did not feel awkward in this establishment. Thanks for being cool, yall 💓

Joe pierced my nose today and I couldn’t be happier! He was explaining every step of the process from choosing the right beginner stud to the aftercare of the piercing. The studio was very hygienic and professional and my nose was pierced in no time without any pain at all. I highly recommend Joe if you would like to get pierced in Austin!
