True Blue Tattoo & Piercing

Sarah is out of this world amazing!! I got my ears pierced and my mom got her nostril pierced. Was literally the best piercing experience either of us had. She cleansed the energy and massaged the tissue before piercing and it made the world of a difference! I have never had such an amazing experiencing getting pierced and will never go to someone else again for any future piercings. 20 out of 10. She also has an astounding personality.

True Blue is Excellent! We were looking for places for my 14 year old daughter to get her cartilage piercing and Joe (Red River location) got back to us right away. It is clear that he loves his job and he took wonderful care of my daughter. My husband was so impressed with his professionalism and my daughter was super happy through the process. Take your teens to Joe!

Everyone needs to see Joe for any piercings! We called fairly late and got us in a soon as possible and was literally the nicest person I have ever met. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The shop was great and very clean. 10/10!

I went to get 2 piercings on my ear lobes (1 on each lobe) and Sarah took the time to explain everything to me and made it very black and white for me to understand the process and aftercare. She took the time to go over the placement with me to make sure I was happy with where she would be piercing. Once I was happy with the placement Sarah went ahead and started massaged my ears beforehand and just kept me calm and relaxed (I was pretty nervous). Once I got them done I looked in the mirror and decided I wanted 2 more (again 1 on each lobe). I walked out happy with my new piercings and with such a great experience I'm definitely recommending you come see Sarah if you want to get pierced!

The shop is very clean and still are following COVID guidelines that’s a PLUS!! Just very unhappy of how excited I was to get my tattoo on my leg that didn’t happen because I was highly unsatisfied with the drawing the artist made. Two months in advance I did a consultation about what I was looking for and how I wanted it asked him multiple questions about him free styling it to my liking. Well I never received any pictures of the drawing until the day of my appointment & I wasn’t satisfied so I gave him a simpler ideal and it still wasn’t worth my time. How are you as a artist free style a picture & never contact the client to make sure it’s up to their liking? Maybe it was because my race they don’t seem to kindly of my color anyways.

I got a tattoo by Jose and I absolutely love it. I would definitely recommend working with Jose if you get the opportunity/if his style meshes with your tattoo idea. I reached out to him a few weeks ago and kind of idea dumped what I had in mind for a tattoo. He said he would be interested in doing to work and then we set a time for me to come to the shop in person for us to chat. This was really important to me - too many artists will not meet in person to discuss a tattoo and I am sure that works great for them, but it is not my speed. After we met and he got his directions, he sent me a few progress pictures over the next week, and then he got me on his books pretty much as soon as he was done with the drawing (I have a flexible schedule which made that part easy). No crazy wait period, no weird regulations on the tattoo, just straight to the point. I came in for the tattoo tonight. My one single complaint is that Jose is apparently not very good at time estimates, so I did wait a little while, though I don't know that I can blame him after seeing how intently he worked on my piece. I was genuinely impressed by how much time, effort, and genuine care he put into his work. My tattoo took a decent amount longer than he originally anticipated, but he kept on going and stayed positive the whole time. I am extremely happy. I look forward to working with him in the future!

TLDR - I had an awesome experience with Jose. True Blue is a great place to get a tattoo.

Had the chance to get a piercing here. My piercer, Joe, was so nice! He answered all the questions I had, even the more stupid questions, and told me to call him if I had any issues! He did not get impatient with me. He was very nice and calm and understanding! Will definitely come back here for all my needs!

Some friends and I went to get a piercing, and it was a great experience. Jason was excellent! He provided thorough aftercare education, was knowledgeable, easy to collaborate with, and willing to put up with our antics. He is definitely someone I would recommend, especially if it's your first time, and even if it's not!

Joe was such a down to earth and wonderful piercer. Definitely missing out if you don’t use him!!

Always consistent and professional. Nice tattoo artists (shout out Nate). Have received numerous tats here and will be going back for more ink there soon.
